Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba to Trinidad and Tobago Her Excellency Tania Diego Olite met with the Minister of Communications Senator the Honourable Donna Cox earlier today, 21 January 2020.
The Cuban Ambassador shared information on the upcoming 18th International Convention and Fair which will be held in Cuba from 16 March to 20 March 2020 by Cuba’s Ministry of Communications and the Information Technology Union of Cuba.
The website for the conference stated that it will be a space that allows professionals, scientists, businessmen, government representatives and others to exchange information about the advancement of information technologies, telecommunications, electronics and automation in Cuba and the world.
It is expected that the conference will facilitate the following discussions, among others:
- 7th Symposium on Community, Entertainment and Social Networks
- 9th International Workshop on Information and Communication and
- 9th International Congress on Technology and Multimedia
Economic and Commercial Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba Ana E. Martinez Noris accompanied Her Excellency for the meeting which was held at the Ministry’s office in Morvant.
